Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT. Where VAT applies, you see it separately on the written quote and the invoice, before you pay.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, against an invoice. For projects over 3,000 RON we ask for a 50% deposit and the rest on delivery. This site never asks for or stores card details.
Can I pay for hosting monthly?
Yes. Hosting is billed monthly or yearly. With yearly billing you get 2 months free and the initial setup at no cost.
Is the ad budget included in the price?
No. The package price covers our work. You pay the ad spend directly to Google or Meta, so you see exactly what was spent.
How long does a website take?
A business website takes 2–3 weeks, a catalogue 4–5 weeks and a portal 6–10 weeks. The exact deadline is in the quote.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Cancelling is free until work starts. After that you only pay for the work already done. Details are in the written quote.
Do you work with private individuals?
Yes, for hosting, websites and sourcing. Statutory consumer rights apply in full.
What if I am not satisfied?
Email us with the order number and the reason. We reply within 2 working days and offer a fix, a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
Customer terms
The rules are simple and you see them before any payment.
Quote and payment
A request is not an order. Before any commitment you receive a written quote with the services or products, the price, VAT and payment terms. Work starts only after you accept the quote.
Delivery
Digital services are delivered remotely, within the deadline in the quote. Physical products are delivered by courier or pallet to the address you give, at the rates shown above.
Cancellation, returns and complaints
Cancelling is free until work starts. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Complaints go to risteahaven26@outlook.fr and are answered within 2 working days.
Privacy and personal data
Risteahaven SRL only receives the data you send us by email or phone: your name, contact details and the details of your request. We use it to reply, prepare the quote, perform the contract and meet legal obligations.
Data is kept as long as needed for the request, the contract and legal record-keeping. For access, correction or deletion, write to risteahaven26@outlook.fr. You have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
This site uses no cookies, forms, analytics or advertising tools. The hosting provider may log technical data needed to run the site (for example IP addresses).
